Amazon + Walmart growth leadership | Medical device / healthcare focus | On-site in Pasadena, CA Position Summary Ease Healthcare is looking for a high-impact Manager of Digital Sales to lead growth across key e-commerce channels, with a strong focus on Amazon and Walmart . This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can translate strategy into execution—driving marketplace performance, optimizing digital merchandising, and accelerating revenue growth in a regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate brings deep marketplace expertise, strong analytical instincts, and experience scaling products in the medical device or healthcare category. What You'll Do Own and execute the digital sales strategy across major e-commerce marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon and Walmart . Lead product launches, listing optimization, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and inventory coordination to maximize sales performance. Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, including PPC, SEO, content optimization, digital merchandising, and performance reporting. Partner with external agencies, vendors, and platform contacts to develop and optimize high-impact sales and marketing programs. Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and drive corrective action. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Regulatory teams to ensure strong execution and compliance. Monitor platform policies, advertising requirements, and best practices to protect account health and reduce operational risk. Define KPIs, deliver actionable insights, and continuously optimize for growth, efficiency, and ROI. What You'll Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience launching, managing, and growing product sales on Amazon and Walmart , with a strong record of achieving revenue targets. Experience in medical devices , healthcare products, or other regulated product categories strongly preferred. Proven success working with external agencies or partners to execute digital sales and marketing initiatives. Strong command of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Connect, PPC advertising, marketplace analytics, and related digital marketing tools. Hands-on marketplace and digital marketing experience is valued more highly than a specific academic background; a university degree is preferred, but not required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear action plans. Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
