DTC MANAGER
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales growth in the retail and grocery sector.

Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on DTC Manager to own and drive the day-to-day operations of our three DTC supplement brands, each with its own Shopify store. This role is focused on execution across all direct-to-consumer channels — from website management and paid media to influencer marketing and CRM. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive traffic, conversion, and retention across three distinct brands. Key Responsibilities
  • Website & E-commerce Operations (3 Shopify Stores)
  • Manage daily operations for three DTC brand websites
  • Oversee website optimization, UX improvements, and monthly updates aligned with campaigns
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on site maintenance and launches
  • Paid Media
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and paid search (Google Ads) campaigns
  • Manage YouTube, Display, and paid PR media buying
  • Track and report on ROAS, CPA, and other performance metrics
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
  • Manage influencer outreach, gifting, and paid collaborations
  • Oversee celebrity partnerships and affiliate program execution
  • Track performance and maintain relationships with key partners
  • Email & SMS Marketing
  • Build and manage automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase)
  • Execute drip campaigns and one-off promotional emails or SMS
  • Segment audiences and test content to optimize engagement and conversion
  • Organic Social Media
  • Oversee organic content strategy and posting across FB, IG, and YouTube
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • SEO & Content
  • Support SEO strategy and blog content creation
  • Ensure content aligns with campaign calendars and brand messaging
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration
  • Regularly align with Amazon and TikTok channel teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and coordinated campaign timing
  • Share insights and performance learnings across channels to optimize overall DTC strategy
  • Customer Service Support
  • Collaborate with customer service team to monitor feedback and resolve issues
  • Ensure DTC operations support a seamless customer experience
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in supplement, wellness, or CPG brands is a plus
  • 3-5 years of hands-on DTC experience, ideally managing multiple Shopify stores
  • Strong understanding of paid media, email or SMS, and influencer marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to optimize for ROAS and conversion
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills Optional (Good to Have)
  • Experience with PR or earned media campaigns (award submissions, press releases)
