This role is essential in managing online sales channels, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the growth of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office tools, and a passion for customer support and sales. Multilingual abilities and call center experience are highly valued to effectively serve our diverse client base. This position offers an engaging work environment where your expertise will directly impact our online success. Duties Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms with accuracy and attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and support client needs Handle data entry tasks related to orders, inventory updates, and customer information management Assist in processing transactions including cash handling when necessary Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on orders or promote new products and offers Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions with customers Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to optimize online store performance and enhance user experience Experience Prior experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Experience with data entry, analysis, and cash handling is advantageous Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (e.g., English plus additional languages) are highly desirable for serving a diverse clientele Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and outbound calling experience, are essential Previous work in e-commerce or client services will be considered a plus This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a growing online business through excellent customer service and operational support.
