This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who understands how to organize products, improve conversions, and keep a store fresh, optimized, and performing. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize product catalogs within Shopify Create, update, and optimize collections for better merchandising and navigation Rewrite and optimize product titles, descriptions, and content (using ChatGPT and internal tools) Upload and manage product images, ensuring consistency and quality Design and update banners, homepage sections, and promotional graphics Work with Shopify themes and templates to maintain a clean, high-converting layout Execute scheduled promotions, sales, and seasonal campaigns Maintain product tagging, filters, and site structure for usability and SEO Coordinate updates across multiple stores and ensure consistency Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

HTML / CSS

(for minor theme edits and customizations) Experience in the sexual health and wellness industry Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) Experience with Shopify apps and integrations Klaviyo / Email Marketing Requirements Proven experience managing Shopify stores Strong merchandising and organizational skills Experience with Canva or similar design tools Ability to manage schedules, promotions, and product updates efficiently Strong attention to detail and consistency across large product catalogs Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and optimization Understanding of SEO basics (meta titles, descriptions, collection text) Familiarity with inventory management or dropshipping workflows Experience working across multiple Shopify stores at once Ability to analyze basic performance metrics (top products, conversion rates, etc.) Communication skills for working with designers, developers, and marketing teams Ideal Candidate Highly organized and detail-oriented Fast execution without breaking things Understands ecommerce psychology, not just uploading products Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
