Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to build, manage, and scale our online sales channels. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing online stores (such as Amazon and Shopify), managing product listings and advertising, overseeing warehouse and shipping operations, and driving both online and offline sales growth. This position requires a hands-on individual who understands the full lifecycle from product sourcing and listing to fulfillment, marketing, and resale distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, launch, and manage online stores on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO keywords) Manage pricing, promotions, and inventory across platforms Monitor store performance and continuously improve conversion rates Advertising & Marketing Plan and execute sponsored ads (e.g., Amazon PPC, Shopify ads, Google Ads, social media ads) Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI Develop marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales Manage branding, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations Oversee inventory management and stock levels Coordinate order processing, packaging, and shipping Ensure efficient logistics from warehouse to customer delivery Improve operational workflows for cost efficiency and speed Sales & Distribution Develop relationships with flea market vendors and small business owners for product resale Identify new distribution channels and wholesale opportunities Support offline sales efforts and expand market reach Customer Experience & Store Optimization Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and comments Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues Improve product offerings and store performance based on feedback Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms) Strong understanding of sponsored ads (Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Experience with warehouse operations, shipping, and logistics Knowledge of product sourcing, pricing, and inventory management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in wholesale or resale distribution (preferred) Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Skills:

Experience scaling online stores from setup to profitability Familiarity with tools such as Shopify apps, Amazon Strong negotiation and communication skills

Pay:

$24.31 - $25.50 per hour
