Our team has decades of combined experience in coins, bullion, and estate collectibles. We are expanding our online sales presence and are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual who enjoys working with coins, bullion, jewelry, trading cards, and other collectibles. This position is responsible for photographing inventory, editing images, researching products, and creating high-quality listings across eBay and other online marketplaces. Responsibilities Photograph and edit images of coins, bullion, jewelry, trading cards, and collectibles Create accurate, professional listings on eBay and other online marketplaces Research products and write titles, descriptions, and item specifics Maintain listing quality, inventory accuracy, and organized workflows Update product information, pricing, and inventory as directed Assist with shipping, inventory organization, and livestream preparation as needed Meet daily listing production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy Assist with product research Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written communication skills Proficient with computers and learning new software Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred (but not required) Experience with eBay or other online marketplaces Product photography and photo editing experience Familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar software Knowledge of coins, bullion, trading cards, jewelry, or collectibles What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to grow with an established business A unique role combining sales, entertainment, and collectibles Schedule Full time (Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays)
