This leadership role oversees our e-commerce operations, livestream sales, website performance, and shipping team while driving efficiency, sales growth, and an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and helping scale a fast-growing online business focused on coins, bullion, jewelry, and collectibles. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of livestream hosts and fulfillment staff Oversee e-commerce operations, product listings, inventory accuracy, and pricing Manage livestream scheduling, inventory preparation, and performance Oversee daily shipping, fulfillment, and customer order accuracy Monitor sales performance and key business metrics Improve workflows and operational efficiency across departments Coordinate promotions, featured inventory, and online sales initiatives Reconcile e-commerce transactions and maintain accurate financial records Qualifications Required Management experience in retail, e-commerce, or sales Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales or customer service experience Interest in coins, precious metals, or collectibles Reliable and detail-oriented Proficient in computers Must pass a background check Preferred Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces Knowledge of coins, bullion, jewelry, or collectibles Experience with livestream sales or online selling Familiarity with PCGS, NGC, or numismatic products Strong leader with a hands-on management style Process-oriented and highly organized Data-driven with a focus on continuous improvement Team player committed to customer service and operational excellence Schedule Full-time How to Apply Attach your resume along with a brief note about why you'd be a good fit for the role.
