Position Summary The SME Business Analysis and Facilitation specialist is an expert in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating discussions to develop solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role gathers and documents requirements, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures successful project implementation, acting as the liaison between VER business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. This is a Key Personnel position under the resulting task order. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across VER, FOD, USCIS, DHS, and the broader immigration enterprise (e.g., SSA, DOL, DOS, and other federal, state, and local agencies) to reach beneficial program outcomes. Ensure policy and operational alignment through regular coordination meetings, documented action items, and tangible process improvements.
