And our local organization has grown into one of Goodwill's top performers in placing people into employment. Essential Duties Sort and prepare product for listing. Evaluate products based on value, in order to prioritize items for listing on Shopgoodwill. Conduct independent, online research to determine the value and authenticity of items that are initially identified as viable for eCommerce sales. Identify and describe items in great detail using searchable key words. Back-up support for the Selector. Other duties may be assigned depending on the needs of the business. Other Requirements Must have extensive knowledge of high-end brands in clothing, purses, shoes and accessories. Must have extensive knowledge of antiques and collectibles. Must have strong knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) via Internet to aid in the identification of key searchable words to include in item descriptions. Must be able to work in a standing position for an extended period of time. Must be able to make evaluative, independent decisions regarding the value of unique items. Must be able to work quickly and with strong sense of purpose (in order to meet high demand of supplying 4-5 listers with enough product to meet daily quotas.) Valid Florida Drivers License Education & Experience High School or GED required.
