E commerce Manager

Overview We are an environmentally friendly tech company. Our mission is to reduce the waste caused by overconsumption. Our team is expanding and we are looking to hire a full time E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategy, manage our digital marketing engines (eBay, Facebook), direct and mentor the eCommerce team for sorting, inventory processing and listing of an extensive catalog of electronics. Your expertise will help shape our digital presence, ensuring we stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace. Responsibilities We are looking for a highly coordinated Ebay Expert to oversee the development and utility of our company's Ebay Seller Account. Must develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies that align with overall business goals, focusing on boosting sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities will include creating product listings for electronic devices, verifying details for products, quality control of products, maintaining inventory counts across multiple platforms, and assisting with operations. To ensure success as our Ebay Expert, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce. Ultimately, a brilliant Ebay Expert will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve and drive Ebay sales. Manage all online activity in relation to Ebay traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting. Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve Ebay Seller Account performance. Monitor performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies based on data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and overall site performance. Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve Ebay Seller Account performance. Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs. Utilize existing knowledge of PPC, SEO, affiliates and email marketing and social media to improve performance. Report on performance.

Requirements:

Demonstrable 5 years of Ebay Seller Account Management experience. Experience developing digital marketing through channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media and affiliate marketing channels. Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies. Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in Ebay sales management. Demonstrable supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving targets.

Desired Bilingual:

English - Spanish, not required. Desired experience in multicultural environments, not required.
