E-Commerce & Operations Assistant

Company Description MetalStacks is a precious metals collectors club focused on making gold and silver more accessible. Our members purchase precious metals at wholesale and dealer-direct prices and participate in a growing ecosystem built around sound money and long-term wealth. We're a small, fast-moving team based in Jupiter, FL and we're growing. Role Description We're looking for an E-Commerce & Operations Assistant to support the digital operations of our Shopify store, internal pricing systems, and creative content. This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce management, data accuracy, and visual content — ideal for someone who is equally comfortable in a product dashboard as they are in a design tool. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment where consistency and accuracy matter daily. Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings on Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, and images Monitor and adjust live precious metals pricing using nFusion data feeds with daily accuracy checks Create website graphics, promotional flyers, booklets, and marketing materials Use internal software systems to build and maintain product listings Support social media content creation and scheduling Assist with digital operational tasks that support the broader business Qualifications Experience with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform Strong attention to detail, particularly with pricing, product data, and digital accuracy Comfortable handling both creative and data-driven tasks Organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Able to work on-site in Jupiter, FL, Monday-Friday High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred but Not Required Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar) Basic understanding of

HTML/CSS

Familiarity with live pricing systems or financial data feeds Interest in precious metals, collectibles, or alternative assets Compensation & Growth $17-$22/hr based on experience 90-day performance review with raise opportunity Room to grow within a rapidly expanding company Exposure to the precious metals and alternative asset industry

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
