Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager - E-Commerce Specialist to support and optimize daily e-commerce operations. This role combines hands-on execution with supervisory responsibility, ensuring seamless order management, customer experience, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will take ownership of operational workflows, drive process improvements, and support team performance. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, returns, and fulfillment workflows Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and service standards Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance Customer Experience Management Supervise customer service activities across phone and email channels Resolve escalated customer issues related to orders, returns, and product inquiries Maintain and improve customer satisfaction metrics Order & Logistics Oversight Monitor order lifecycle from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with distribution centers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics Oversee returns, refunds, and RMA processes to ensure daily completion and compliance Team Support & Coordination Provide guidance and support to junior team members or customer service staff Assist in training new hires on systems, processes, and product knowledge Act as a point of contact between management and operations teams Systems & Reporting Ensure accurate posting of tracking information, purchase orders, and inventory updates Utilize e-commerce and CRM systems to monitor performance and generate reports Support data-driven decision-making through operational insights
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
