"Party Factory" - is a growing wholesale and e-commerce distributor specializing in party supplies and disposable helium tanks. We sell our products through major online marketplaces, our own e-commerce channels, and wholesale partnerships with retailers throughout the United States. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and assist with the day-to-day management of our online sales channels. Position Overview The E-Commerce Specialist will help manage our online marketplace operations, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central , product listings, customer service, order management, inventory, and overall account performance. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers and online platforms, able to communicate professionally with customers, and willing to learn different aspects of e-commerce operations. Responsibilities Manage and monitor product listings on Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms Create, edit, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and product information Monitor inventory levels and help ensure online inventory is accurate Review and process customer orders Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, return requests, and product-related inquiries Monitor Amazon account health, customer feedback, returns, claims, and performance notifications Assist with resolving listing errors, suppressed listings, inventory issues, and other marketplace problems Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace activity Assist with pricing updates and promotions Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding orders, inventory, returns, and shipments Maintain organized records of e-commerce orders, customer issues, and marketplace activity Assist with product uploads and new product launches Help maintain our company website and B2B e-commerce store Prepare basic reports related to sales, inventory, returns, and account performance Communicate with marketplace support teams when issues need to be resolved Perform additional administrative and e-commerce tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience with e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms is preferred Strong computer skills Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities Ability to work independently while also working closely with a team Professional attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Amazon Seller Central Amazon FBM or FBA E-commerce customer service Product listing management Marketplace account management Inventory management Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Order processing and fulfillment Microsoft Excel Basic product photography or image editing Creating reports and analyzing online sales data What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive rather than someone who simply waits for instructions . The right candidate should be comfortable identifying problems, following up on unresolved issues, and helping keep our e-commerce operation organized. Because our company is growing, this position is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn multiple areas of e-commerce and take on additional responsibilities over time. Work Environment This is an in-office position . You will work closely with our management, administrative, sales, and warehouse teams.
