We are a mid-sized, employee-focused screen printing and novelty distribution company based in Sanford, FL. We specialize in customized destination and licensed merchandise for retailers nationwide. Our team is collaborative, creative, and fast-moving. We take pride in delivering high-quality products to partners across the country.
The Role:
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days look exactly the same. If you're an Excel power user, love keeping things organized, and enjoy supporting multiple teams to keep operations running smoothly, we'd love to connect.
Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain item records in vendor databases (following vendor-specific guidelines) Set up new product records in internal systems Accurately input and manage purchase orders Update internal databases and vendor portals with product information Maintain order forms with up-to-date inventory levels and ETAs Process orders for select vendors Partner with our warehouse team to resolve UPC and product-related issues Jump in where needed; responsibilities may shift throughout the day
Experience :
Advanced/Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Minimum 2+ years of experience in an office environment (team-based experience preferred) Ability to take direction while also working independently Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage shifting priorities Strong willingness to learn and grow
