E-Commerce TCG Listing Specialist - TCGplayer & eBay Flash Games, Comics & Toys is looking to expand our e-commerce team as we prepare to LAUNCH our trading card inventory on TCGplayer and eBay. We currently have approximately 100,000 cards in backstock, but 0 cards are currently listed online. That means this position will play a major role in helping us build our online card business from the ground up. We are looking for someone with experience who understands card conditioning, inventory organization, online listings, and the importance of accuracy. As long as we are processing inventory correctly and consistently, there will be plenty of work available. We also have new collections and cards coming into the store regularly. Duties Help launch and build our TCGplayer and eBay inventory from scratch Process and list cards from our approximately 100,000-card backstock Accurately identify card sets, card numbers, rarities, editions, and variants Properly condition cards using TCGplayer conditioning standards Research pricing and list cards according to current market values and company guidelines Photograph or scan cards when required Create accurate and professional online listings Organize physical inventory so listed cards can be located quickly Develop and maintain an efficient inventory management system Pull, verify, package, and process online orders once sales begin Prevent inventory discrepancies, duplicate listings, missing cards, and overselling Process newly acquired collections and inventory as they arrive Reprice inventory when necessary based on market changes Help develop procedures that allow our e-commerce operation to grow efficiently Work alongside the Flash Games team to build a strong online sales department Experience & Qualifications Experience is required.

Experience using TCGplayer Experience with eBay listings and sales Strong knowledge of TCGplayer card conditioning standards Knowledge of Pokémon and other trading card games Strong inventory management and organizational skills Ability to accurately identify cards and variants Understanding of card values and market pricing Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently with large quantities of cards Dependability and consistency Basic computer skills Ability to work independently while still communicating with the team This Is More Than Just a Listing Position We are not hiring someone to simply maintain an existing online store. We are building one. Right now, we have around 100,000 cards sitting in backstock waiting to be processed, organized, conditioned, priced, and listed online. Our TCGplayer and expanded eBay card operation will be starting at ZERO online inventory, which means the person joining this team has an opportunity to help create the systems, organization, and foundation for what we hope becomes a major part of Flash Games. We continue purchasing and trading for new inventory regularly, so once the initial backstock is processed, there will always be more cards coming through the system. Our goal is not only to grow Flash Games online, but also to continue creating more opportunities and jobs within our community for people who are passionate about gaming, collectibles, Pokémon, and trading cards.
