Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00
PM Pay:
$20-$25 per hour, based on experience

Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an E-Commerce & Sales Solutions Developer to join our team and support the development and maintenance of customer-specific online portals, private e-commerce sites, product catalogs, and procurement integrations. This is a hands-on front-end development role focused heavily on HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap . Experience with WooCommerce or GoEpower is not required . We will provide training on our systems, platforms, and processes. The ideal candidate is someone who is technically minded, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating directly with Sales and other internal teams. This person will manage multiple projects at various stages while ensuring customer portals and product catalogs are accurate, functional, and ready for launch. What You'll Do Build, update, and maintain customer portals using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap Create and maintain responsive front-end layouts and designs Maintain private, customer-specific e-commerce portals and online catalogs Manage product information across multiple catalogs and platforms, including: Products Pricing Images Descriptions SKUs Categories Work within GoEpower to manage private portals and punchout catalogs Support integrations between customer catalogs and procurement platforms Serve as a technical resource for Sales regarding portals, catalogs, online ordering, and customer programs Receive project requests from Sales and manage them through completion Communicate with Sales representatives to gather requirements, provide updates, clarify details, and keep projects moving Track multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accurate project documentation Troubleshoot front-end issues and make updates as needed Test new portals, catalog changes, and customer programs prior to launch Identify and resolve issues with layouts, functionality, product information, and catalog updates Make basic edits to product images and digital assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Work with multiple departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule What We're Looking For Experience with CSS is required Working knowledge of HTML Experience with Bootstrap and responsive web design Some front-end development experience Experience troubleshooting websites or web-based applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Comfortable communicating directly with Sales and other departments Strong Excel skills Basic experience with Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with Canva Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly Experience That's a Plus — But Not Required GoEpower experience Experience with punchout catalogs or procurement integrations E-commerce platform experience Product catalog management Experience working with customer-specific/private portals Experience working with procurement systems WooCommerce or other e-commerce platform experience

This Is Not an SEO/SEM Role The portals and catalogs supported by this position are private, customer-specific environments and are not intended to be indexed by search engines . This position is focused on front-end development, customer portals, product catalogs, procurement integrations, and internal project coordination — not SEO, SEM, or search engine marketing. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems and can comfortably wear multiple hats . You may spend part of the day making a CSS update, then troubleshooting a customer portal, updating product information, answering a Sales question, and tracking a project through its next stage. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and multiple projects may be active at the same time. Strong communication is especially important, as you will work closely with our Sales team and need to be able to ask questions, clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure everyone is aligned. You don't need to know everything on day one. We will train the right candidate on our systems, platforms, and processes. We are looking for someone with a solid development foundation, strong CSS skills, attention to detail, and the ability and willingness to learn. How to Apply
