eCommerce Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an eCommerce Project Manager. This role is critical to ensuring structured delivery, transparency, and execution discipline across our eCommerce initiatives.

Summary:

We are looking to engage a Project Manager to support our Merchandise eCommerce platform initiatives for a one-year commitment. This role will work in close partnership with a dedicated Business Analyst and be aligned to our merchandise team. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating delivery across our Magento and Adobe Commerce platforms, ensuring alignment between business priorities and development execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving day-to-day project management activities across the eCommerce platform
• Partnering closely with the Business Analyst to ensure requirements are clearly defined and actionable
• Managing timelines, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional teams
• Coordinating with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to ensure delivery alignment
• Supporting backlog prioritization and ensuring readiness for development cycles

REQUIREMENTS

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Preferred:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Magento and Adobe Commerce platforms
• Familiarity with Shopify modules is a plus
• Background in retail and digital commerce environments
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Must have experience using Jira and agile delivery The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
