Job Description

Position Summary Efficiently supports
NALI & LI
team activities in the United States including document management, purchase order activities, logistics, scheduling, and other office assistant type activities. Duties and Responsibilities Support development team with recording activities and document management Classify and organize all records Uploading documents related to development in the document archival system Supporting purchasing and logistics related activities including: Creating external purchase orders and internal orders for parts, kits, and whole goods Getting approvals Tracking of orders Receiving of orders Handling related items to payment requests Keep and maintain all records Supporting travel and visitors by working with travel agency and directly booking hotels, flights, rental cars, etc. Any reasonable activity, project, or duties assigned related to office support of R&D development process Essential Skills and Experience High School Diploma and/or GED.
Communication:
English language competency including demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work with little to no oversight. Ability to follow detailed process instructions or create as needed. Ability to work on, schedule, and complete many little tasks, projects, and duties at the same time. Able to read and understand purchase orders, payment requests, and special job orders. Able to use specialized software to issue, track, and follow up on exceptions for ordered items and upload documents for archival. Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills Preferred Skills and Experience ERP systems such as SAP or DOS based AS400. Google suite of software such as gmail, docs, sheets, etc Document management and archival/retrieval Problem solving and investigative personality that can help the team by taking full responsibility related to purchased items
