PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting & Analytics:
Assist with creating reports, analyzing sales and advertising performance, and identifying trends that help the team make better business decisions across key eCommerce channels.
Digital Marketing Support:
Help monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns by reviewing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and learning how marketing investments drive business results.
Retailer & Business Support:
Partner with team members to support day-to-day eCommerce operations, retailer initiatives, promotions, and cross-functional projects that improve the customer experience.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging eCommerce tools to uncover insights and opportunities that support business growth.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business with a focus on Marketing and/or E-commerce. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Data management and analysis. Familiarity with design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Ability to communicate effectively and stay organized. Ability to bring enthusiasm to teamwork.
