Summary:
Assist E-Commerce Management in the operations of the E-Commerce Department. Follow specific guidelines and operate with minimal supervision. Managers/Supervisors are vested with the trust of the organization to represent the highest standards of behavior and job performance. As such, Managers/Supervisors are expected to conduct themselves with honesty and integrity, ensuring that all business activities are transparent and ethical. Must pass background check. Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum of six months related experience and/or training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Must demonstrate willingness and ability to adhere to Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest directives, rules, policies, procedures, and departmental and organizational standards. Assist customers in a timely and courteous manner. E-Commerce customer inquiries need to be addressed within 24 hours. Ensure the quality and quantity of work performed by employees is according to standards. Ensure the department and surrounding premises are kept neat, clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards. In conjunction with E-Commerce Management, oversee inventory tracking system. Ensure safety procedures are understood and followed by all employees. Train and evaluate employees in a thorough, organized, and timely manner. Ensure proper management of personnel assigned to the E-Commerce Department. Maintain all department records. Responsible for E-Commerce operation in the absence of E-Commerce Management including but not limited to directing the activities of facility personnel, ensuring proper listing and shipping functions and enforcing organizational policies. Interact with customers and ensure excellent customer service. Ensure quality control standards meet Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest's high standards of operations. Maintain production areas to ensure ease of operations. Comply with Goodwill's employment practices and EEO guidelines and policies. Conduct individual and group training sessions. Ensure open communication exists at all levels in the department. Communicate software issues immediately to both IT and E-Commerce Management. Take corrective action to ensure acceptable employee performance according to policy. Comply with cash handling and security policies. Maximize financial performance; identify deviation from desired results. Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed. Comply with all Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest policies and safety procedures. Additional Expectations Work collaboratively with Workforce and Family Services to provide client services. Properly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain agency confidentiality. Violation of confidentiality is cause for immediate dismissal. Comply with all health, safety and fire standards and all local, state and federal regulations (WISHA & OSHA). Other related duties as assigned.
