Roman, Inc. has an immediate need for an E-Commerce Coordinator at our headquarters in Bloomingdale, IL.Primary Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for supporting our E-Commerce team. In this role, you will support and help execute Roman's online B2C store and various other B2B and B2C online initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining the online store performance, marketing, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment. This position will assist with creating goggle ads, upload and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO tags. This position will update product availability in real time while assisting with organizing and optimizing product categories and collections to enhance the customer experience. This position will monitor and manage incoming orders on Roman.com and additional B2B/B2C fulfillment platforms while addressing fulfillment issues including delays, returns, or replacements in a timely and professional manner. This position will also act as the first point of contact for online customer inquiries via email and Chat and will provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable responses regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting brand loyalty will be key to the role. This position will also generate and analyze E-commerce sales and performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. In addition, this position will assist with product promotions, seasonal content updates, and marketing integrations within Shopify, Amazon and other platforms.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business and or Marketing is preferred as well as 6+ years of experience in the development, management and marketing of a Shopify store or on B2B and or B2C E-Commerce platforms. Strong attention to detail and organization skills are necessary. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both internal and external customers are also necessary. This position also requires an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Photoshop, HTML and familiarity with platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and Canva.Similar remote jobs
