Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Walmart Marketplace E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth, optimize product performance, and expand our brand on Walmart Marketplace. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Walmart Marketplace business, including product listings, SEO, advertising, promotions, inventory management, analytics, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing sales on Walmart Marketplace and understands how to leverage data, SEO, advertising, and AI-powered tools to maximize revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities Walmart Marketplace Management Manage and optimize all product listings on Walmart Marketplace. Create and maintain SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, key features, and backend attributes. Monitor listing health, compliance, and content quality. Troubleshoot listing issues, suppressed products, and catalog errors. Manage product variations, bundles, and assortment expansion. Check Walmart Marketplace portal twice per day for incoming orders. Work with team to ensure shipment of products. Sales Growth & Marketplace Strategy Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and market share. Identify opportunities to improve product rankings and Buy Box performance. Create promotional campaigns, bundles, and seasonal offers. Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies. Walmart Advertising Manage Walmart Sponsored Products campaigns. Optimize advertising budgets and bidding strategies.
Monitor and improve:
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Cost Per Click (CPC) Click-Through Rate (CTR) Conversion Rate Scale profitable campaigns and launch new advertising initiatives. SEO & Content Optimization Conduct keyword research to improve search visibility.
Optimize:
Product titles Key features Product descriptions Backend attributes Rich media content Improve organic rankings and product discoverability. Analytics & Reporting Track and report on: Sales performance Traffic Conversion rates Advertising effectiveness Inventory levels Provide weekly and monthly growth recommendations. Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports. Inventory & Operations Coordinate inventory forecasting and replenishment. Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations. Work with logistics and fulfillment partners to ensure timely deliveries. Manage Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) opportunities when applicable. AI & Automation Utilize AI tools to: Generate SEO content Optimize listings Analyze customer behavior Improve advertising performance Automate reporting and workflows Identify opportunities to leverage automation for growth and efficiency. Required Qualifications 3+ years of Walmart Marketplace management experience. Proven success increasing marketplace sales and product rankings.
Strong understanding of:
Walmart Seller Center Walmart Sponsored Products Marketplace SEO Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Inventory and catalog management Experience with product listing creation and optimization. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Preferred Skills Experience with food, beverage, CPG, or specialty food brands.
Knowledge of:
Shopify Amazon Seller Central Google Analytics AI content and automation tools Marketplace advertising platforms Strong project management and communication skills. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
