Job Description:
The Delivery Excellence Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational performance and continuous improvement across the business. This position is responsible for analyzing delivery processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and consistency, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support the execution of high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze delivery performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Support the development and execution of process improvement initiatives Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools to monitor performance Partner with business partners and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness Assist in documenting standard processes, operating procedures, and reporting requirements Support root cause analysis and track action plans to closure Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive delivery excellence Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, process improvement, or a related field Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards or BI tools preferred Ability to work effectively across functions and influence without direct authority Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with KPI development, performance reporting, and operational metrics Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment What We Offer This role provides the opportunity to contribute to meaningful operational improvements and support a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
