Work with the external web development partner to maintain accurate site content, enhance usability, and support ongoing feature improvements. Oversee timely execution of product introductions, seasonal changes, promotional updates, and pricing adjustments across the online platform. Partner with distribution leadership to create and refine packaging and fulfillment workflows, including standards for picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Coordinate with sales, marketing, IT, supply chain, and leadership teams to align ecommerce priorities with broader business goals and inventory availability. Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, strengthen order processing, and improve the full customer journey from checkout through delivery. At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce management, online retail operations, or a comparable digital commerce leadership role. Demonstrated understanding of both B2B and B2C ecommerce environments. Strong business acumen with the ability to manage end-to-end online sales operations.
