About Lesley Evers Lesley Evers is a growing women's apparel brand known for colorful original prints, joyful dresses, occasionwear, accessories, and strong customer love. We are expanding our fulfillment operation and building a high accuracy, high ownership of a small warehouse team in Indianapolis to support our ecommerce growth. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a clean, accurate, fast, and accountable warehouse operation. About the Role The Warehouse Manager will own daily ecommerce fulfillment, inventory accuracy, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, team productivity, and warehouse organization. This person should be comfortable leading from the floor, improving systems, holding standards, and building a team that can scale with the business. The right candidate is organized, calm under pressure, detail oriented, and experienced in ecommerce fulfillment or apparel logistics. What You'll Own Daily ecommerce order fulfillment Picking, packing, shipping, and quality control Inventory accuracy across apparel, accessories, and small batch SKUs Receiving inbound shipments and verifying counts Returns processing and restocking Warehouse layout, cleanliness, organization, and safety Labor planning and team scheduling Training, coaching, and accountability for warehouse associates Shipping carrier coordination, including USPS and UPS Process improvement to increase speed, accuracy, and throughput Responsibilities Manage daily fulfillment so customer orders ship accurately and on time Build and maintain a warehouse system that supports many SKUs, sizes, colors, and seasonal products Lead receiving, putaway, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits Reduce fulfillment errors, misplaced inventory, and delayed shipments Create clear routines for opening, closing, shipping cutoff, returns, and daily reporting Monitor team productivity and coach associates to improve speed and accuracy Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and easy to work in Work with leadership on staffing needs, warehouse capacity, and operational bottlenecks Support future growth in ecommerce, wholesale, trunk shows, and retail replenishment Use technology, reporting, and AI assisted tools to improve daily execution Ideal Background 3 plus years of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or operations management experience Experience in ecommerce fulfillment preferred Apparel, footwear, accessories, or consumer products experience strongly preferred Experience managing hourly warehouse teams Experience with Shopify, shipping software, barcode systems, inventory systems, or warehouse management tools preferred Strong understanding of pick, pack, ship, returns, receiving, cycle counting, and inventory control Required Skills Strong inventory accuracy mindset Ability to manage many SKUs and small batches Clear communication with warehouse staff and company leadership Strong problem solving and follow through Comfort using spreadsheets, shipping systems, and inventory tools Ability to create simple systems and make sure they are followed Strong attention to detail Ability to move between strategic planning and hands on warehouse work Required Traits High ownership Organized Reliable Calm under pressure Fast and accurate Practical problem solver Comfortable holding people accountable Low ego and willing to work on the floor Strong sense of urgency Pride in clean, accurate operations Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday Ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds Ability to work in a warehouse environment and help with hands on fulfillment when needed Schedule Full time, Monday to Friday.
