Our assortment features hand-printed designs and superior craftsmanship. We are going into our eighth season in our flagship Nantucket locations and growing into Provincetown this summer. We are looking for individuals who are eager to grow with us. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who enjoys learning new things for our Print and Fabric Manufacturing Specialist based in our brand new Massachusetts factory. Print and Fabric Manufacturing Specialist is involved with multiple functions across the warehouse and production areas. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable moving between tasks such as shipping e-commerce orders, printing/production, and communicating with senior management. This position also includes fulfilling store and web orders via Shopify and offers great exposure to a fast-growing retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut fabrics
- Print & press custom designs onto fabrics
- Track fabric, ink, labels & other input quantities to communicate reordering of raw materials
- Pack & ship e-commerce & wholesale orders
- Inspect and ship inventory to store locations
- Work with the sewing team to prioritize sewing workflow based on business needs
- Work directly with Founder to help manage the production process
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
- A positive and adaptable attitude, a strong desire to learn, close attention to detail, and motivation to work quickly & efficiently
