WEBSITE MANAGER / SHIPPING & HANDLING

Our goal is not just to run a business, but to use it as a way to provide for our team, serve others, and give back—whether that's meeting physical needs or helping people grow in their faith. We are looking for one dependable, organized, and hardworking individual to help manage our website and fulfillment operations, and to become a key part of our growing team.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for keeping our online store running smoothly and our customers taken care of.

This includes:

Managing and updating our website (products, photos, descriptions) Responding to customer emails and inquiries Handling shipping and fulfillment of orders Managing inventory and reordering products as needed, staying within a given budget Maintaining organization and accuracy across all systems This is a part-time role (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) with consistent responsibilities, but also variety. As a small team, we all wear multiple hats—you may occasionally help with general tasks like organizing gear, light property work, or supporting projects as needed.

This role has strong potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person. If you bring additional skills such as: Carpentry or general maintenance Photography or content support Website development or tech skills …there is opportunity to expand your role and responsibilities within the team.

You'll be part of a small team where everyone contributes in different ways—from shipping orders to helping with projects, organizing gear, or supporting behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything moving.
