We're looking for a Director of E-Commerce who is excited about blending strategy, technology, and purpose. This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing online business while working alongside a collaborative, passionate team dedicated to doing good. ________________________________________ Why You'll Love This Role Being part of a mission-driven organization making a real difference in people's lives Lead and shape a dynamic, fast-growing E-Commerce operation Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values innovation and impact Bring creativity and strategy to a space where every sale supports a greater purpose ________________________________________ What You'll Do Lead and oversee all aspects of the E-Commerce department, including business planning, content strategy, customer experience, web analytics, and supporting technologies Drive E-Commerce initiatives end-to-end, acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, implement, and test new ideas Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans that support overall E-Commerce growth Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, generate insights, and guide decision-making across the organization Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand and innovate beyond current E-Commerce practices Manage financial performance, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and fostering accountability and growth Collaborate with retail leadership to align inventory, merchandising, and omnichannel strategies Leads with curiosity by staying informed on emerging technologies and artificial intelligence advancements. Evaluates and integrates appropriate innovations to drive efficiency, enhance performance, and support organizational strategy and outcomes. Requirements:
What You Bring Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and analytics Proven analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, test results, and translate insights into action Demonstrated business judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives Experience in E-Commerce (5+ years preferred); bachelor's degree preferred Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment A leadership style that fosters an inclusive, equitable, and high-performing team culture Passion for connecting your work to a greater mission and community impact
