The Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented eCommerce Assistant to join our Michigan team, someone who wants to master the fundamentals and grow with us. You'll make sure orders are picked, packed, and shipped quickly and accurately, returns are processed efficiently, and inventory stays organized and up to date. As you show ownership and strong judgment, this role is built to grow into eCommerce Management, with real responsibility for people and process. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, enjoys creating order from chaos, and is genuinely excited to take on more over time. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments Process returns thoroughly within 24 to 48 hours Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and efficiency Proactively flag operational issues and suggest process improvements As you grow, take ownership of a workflow area and help onboard and train new team members We're Looking for Someone Who Is Reliable, punctual, and consistent in performance Detail-oriented, especially under time pressure An owner: you take initiative, follow through, and care about doing it right Eager to grow into a leadership role and take on more responsibility over time A clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset Able to work independently and contribute in a small, close-knit team Comfortable learning new systems and tools, such as Shopify and Google Sheets Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, logistics, or eCommerce experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable with everyday computer tools (email, Google Sheets/Excel); Shopify experience is a bonus Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day; reasonable accommodations available Strong safety awareness Hours & Location Full-time, onsite at our Michigan (Rochester Hills) warehouse. Monday to Friday, roughly 9am-5pm. Includes structured onboarding, hands-on training, and regular check-ins.
