Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Ownership Own ecommerce revenue, conversion, average order value, and customer retention goals. Omnichannel Integration Own and optimize BOPIS and ship-from-store programs — pickup workflows, staff processes, exception handling. Analytics & Strategic Advisory Monitor and report on key metrics: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, cart abandonment, repeat purchase rate — both online and blended across channels. Analyze cross-channel customer behavior. Form and defend data-backed recommendations on omnichannel trade-offs (e.g., inventory allocation between store and online, fulfillment speed vs. cost) and present them to leadership. Technical Ownership & Development Collaboration Maintain a working understanding of the technologies powering our omnichannel environment (platform architecture, templates, APIs, integrations) sufficient to scope issues and evaluate proposed solutions. Read and troubleshoot basic side code (e.g., HTML, PHP, etc.) to diagnose issues, verify fixes, and reduce back-and-forth with developers. Server as the primary point of contact for external developers, agencies, and technology partners on the omnichannel platform- scoping work, reviewing deliverables, and managing timelines.
