About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Hub Assistant Supervisor to support our online sales operations. This role focuses on leading the Lister Team while helping manage day-to-day workflow across the full eCommerce process.
This position is a strong fit for candidates with experience in eCommerce, retail, warehouse operations, online marketplaces, product listing, shipping, inventory, or team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Support productivity and quality standards for the Lister Team
Train, coach, and develop team members
Coordinate product flow across receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping
Track and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
Provide hands-on guidance to improve individual and team performance
Maintain organized, efficient, and safe work areas
Support the eCommerce Hub Supervisor and step in as needed Work Environment
This role operates in a mixed office, warehouse, and retail setting. Work may include temperature fluctuations, dust, and active movement throughout the day. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations.
Physical Requirements Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and move throughout the shift
Work across office, warehouse, and store environments
Good vision, including close and distance focus
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed Qualifications Experience in eCommerce, retail, warehouse, or fulfillment environments preferred
eBay, Amazon, or online marketplace experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear communication and ability to work as part of a team
Prior team lead, training, or supervisory experience preferred
