Job Description
Position Summary The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's online product catalog, including product photography, inventory tracking, and website updates. This role ensures accurate, high-quality product presentation and supports overall eCommerce operations to drive sales and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Product Photography & Content Creation
- Capture high-quality images of inventory for online use
- Edit and optimize images for website and mobile platforms
- Maintain consistent visual standards across all product listings Website & eCommerce Management
- Upload and manage product listings (descriptions, images, pricing)
- Maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and functionality
- Update product availability, categories, and attributes
- Monitor website for errors, broken links, or outdated content Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels and ensure alignment between physical stock and online listings
- Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies
- Coordinate updates for new, discontinued, or adjusted inventory eCommerce Operations Support
- Ensure products are properly categorized and searchable
- Assist with promotions, pricing updates, and seasonal changes
- Support order-related inquiries and product-related questions Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Maintain clean, accurate product data across systems
- Generate basic reports on inventory, product performance, or discrepancies
- Identify and escalate issues impacting online sales or accuracy
Qualifications Required:
- 1-3 years experience in eCommerce, retail, or digital content management
- Basic product photography and photo editing skills
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience with inventory systems or ERP tools
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic technical proficiency with web platforms
- Visual eye for product presentation and branding consistency

Pay:
