Ecommerce Order Management & Customer Support Specialist

About Us VHC Brands is a wholesale home décor and textile company with over 30 years of experience serving retailers across the country. We specialize in farmhouse, cottage, and country-inspired home products, offering everything from bedding and tabletop to seasonal décor and textiles. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized team member to support our growing ecommerce and wholesale operations. Position Summary This role is responsible for managing ecommerce and wholesale customer orders across multiple online platforms while providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable multitasking, and confident communicating with customers through phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders across ecommerce and wholesale platforms including Wayfair, Overstock, Home Depot, and JCPenney Enter, review, approve, and modify orders within company systems Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipping updates, and product inquiries Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat support in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order or inventory issues Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple accounts and priorities Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Customer service experience preferred Ecommerce, wholesale, or order management experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable learning multiple systems and online platforms What We Offer Stable, family-owned company with long-term growth opportunities Supportive team environment Employee discount on home décor products Opportunity to work within the growing ecommerce and wholesale industry Monday
