Full-time Overview :
Ultra PRO is the leading brand of memorabilia collecting and tabletop gaming accessories, and photo and scrapbooking albums and pages. We have been designing and manufacturing top quality products since 1952 and our brands are recognized for its high-quality standards and design innovations. The E-Commerce Manager position is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and advertising for a growing portfolio of specialty digital commerce channels, including international and sub-brand Shopify sites, social commerce platforms, and supporting category pages on the flagship site. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the channel portfolio, and managing the full advertising strategy across all owned channels.
Responsibilities :
Channel ownership and growth: Own end-to-end strategy and execution for a portfolio of specialty Shopify sites — including international DTC sites and sub-brand storefronts. Drive site UI/UX, conversion optimization, content, merchandising, promotions, email marketing, and revenue growth across the portfolio. Build and run the company's presence on social commerce platforms — including TikTok Shop, Meta (Instagram Shopping and Facebook Shop), and emerging platforms (such as Pinterest Shopping and YouTube Shopping) as they reach commercial viability. Partner on category and landing page strategy for the flagship e-commerce site, including sub-brand category pages. Evaluate, recommend, and onboard new specialty channels, brand sites, and social commerce platforms as the portfolio expands.
Advertising strategy and performance:
Own the end-to-end advertising strategy across every owned channel — set ROAS targets, allocate budget across platforms, and approve creative direction. Manage paid media programs across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing, and emerging social commerce ad products. Hold external agency partners accountable to performance targets; review reporting and provide direction. Cross-channel measurement and attribution — reconcile spend, attributed revenue, and channel contribution. Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on portfolio performance.
Site operations and content:
Site analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, SEMrush, and other business intelligence tools. Product setup across owned sites — imagery, content, video, attributes, pricing, page layout, and category structure tailored to each market and brand. Develop and execute email marketing programs for owned sites — campaigns, automated flows, list growth, and send frequency optimization. Promotion strategy and execution — discounts, markdowns, promo codes, and seasonal campaigns aligned with each market's calendar. Research, vet, and implement site extensions and integrations — shipping modules, review collections, payment integrations, page-speed improvements, and similar. Coordinate fulfillment, logistics, and customer experience with Operations and IT across owned sites.
Team and resource management:
Manage offshore and contracted resources supporting the owned channel portfolio. Set priorities, define scope, review output quality, and monitor deliverables. Manage external resources as services — define scope clearly, manage to outputs, and coordinate with vendors on capacity and contract terms. Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, IT, and Inventory.
General:
Maintain an active calendar of new product announcements across the owned channel portfolio, coordinated with Product Management and Marketing. Follow market and platform trends applicable to the portfolio — international consumer behavior, social commerce trends, sub-brand market positioning, emerging digital channels. Meet or exceed agreed-upon KPI goals.
Competencies :
Strong business relationship building skills, including with external vendors and agency partners. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment across multiple channels and markets. Well-versed in internal systems and software — Shopify, ERP, productivity tools. Participates in training and meetings to stay current on new product launches and industry trends. Works well in a team environment, communicating regularly with their supervisor and upper management on tasks, goals, and results. Abides by and promotes company policies and participates in required company-wide programs as directed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment to quality and performance. Comfortable owning a growing portfolio of channels and adapting to new platforms and business lines as they come online.
Education/Experience:
College degree preferred but not required. At least 5 years of prior experience in an e-commerce work environment. Experience managing multiple Shopify sites simultaneously is required — including multi-currency, multi-language, and international configurations. Strong understanding and experience using Excel for analysis and reporting. Experience with social commerce platforms is required — TikTok Shop and Meta (Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shop) preferred; experience with Pinterest Shopping, YouTube Shopping, or equivalent platforms is a plus. Experience with European e-commerce, multi-language sites, or international fulfillment is strongly preferred. Experience with Japan-market e-commerce or Asia-Pacific market operations is a plus. Strong paid media background — experience setting and managing ad budgets across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging social commerce ad products) and holding agency partners accountable to ROAS targets. Familiarity with cross-channel measurement and attribution methodologies. Experience setting up website promotions, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns. Experience with email marketing platforms — Klaviyo preferred; Constant Contact, Bronto, Listrak, or equivalent. Basic knowledge of HTML. Experience managing offshore or contracted resources is a plus. Experience with Wrike or equivalent project management software is desired.
