Marketing & E-Commerce Lead About The Decal Source The Decal Source is a leading provider of fleet wraps, vehicle graphics, event branding, and custom visual solutions. For over 28 years, we've helped businesses, organizations, and motorsports teams build brand visibility through high-quality graphics and innovative marketing solutions. Position Summary The Decal Source is seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Lead to drive marketing initiatives across two key areas of our business: commercial B2B marketing and motorsports sponsorship marketing. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, growing our Shopify e-commerce platform, managing digital advertising efforts, and evaluating partnerships based on measurable business results. This position reports directly to company leadership and will play a key role in shaping The Decal Source's marketing strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can successfully manage both local business marketing initiatives and high-profile motorsports partnerships. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies supporting both commercial B2B markets and motorsports industries. Drive growth of The Decal Source's Shopify e-commerce platform through effective marketing and promotional campaigns. Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms such as Tik Tok. Evaluate and manage partnerships ranging from local businesses and events to international racing teams. Measure and report on marketing performance and partnership ROI to support data-driven decision-making. Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing activities to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts. Lead and coordinate internal designers and external contractors to ensure brand consistency and marketing effectiveness. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on investment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution. Experience managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform. Experience managing Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Experience managing partnerships and measuring ROI. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Strong budget management, organizational, and communication skills.
