Our work spans commercial B2B markets and high-profile motorsports partnerships. The Role We're looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Lead to develop and execute marketing initiatives across our commercial and motorsports markets. This is a hands-on role combining marketing strategy, digital advertising, e-commerce, CRM, lead generation, partnership management, and performance analysis. You'll report directly to company leadership and have significant input into The Decal Source's marketing strategy and growth initiatives. What You'll Do Develop and execute marketing strategies for commercial B2B and motorsports markets Create campaigns that drive brand awareness, leads, customer engagement, and sales opportunities Grow and manage our Shopify e-commerce platform through marketing, promotions, and optimization Manage digital advertising across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing activities supporting lead generation and customer engagement Evaluate and manage sponsorships, events, and partnerships ranging from local businesses to international racing teams Measure marketing performance and partnership ROI and report results to leadership Coordinate internal graphic designers and external contractors while maintaining brand consistency Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources based on performance and ROI Identify opportunities to expand The Decal Source's brand, market reach, and e-commerce presence What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant digital advertising platforms Experience managing and measuring campaigns, sponsorships, or partnerships based on ROI Strong budget management and project management skills Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate internal teams, creative professionals, vendors, and contractors Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable presenting results and recommendations directly to company leadership You'll Be Successful Here If You Can develop strategy and execute it Use data and measurable results to evaluate marketing performance Take ownership of projects from idea through completion Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines Work effectively with creative, sales, production, and leadership teams Are comfortable being accountable for marketing results Why Join the Decal Source?
