Job Description
We are a U.S.-based manufacturing company seeking a hands-on e-commerce operator to drive revenue growth through data-driven decisions and fast execution. We recently increased revenue 30%+ by focusing on offers, promotions, and execution speed. We are looking for someone who can analyze performance data, identify what is working, and scale it further — without waiting on a team to hand them the answers. This role is about moving product and increasing sales through informed, data-backed action. It is not a branding or strategy-only position. What You'll Do Launch weekly promotions — bundles, limited-time offers, overstock sales — based on SKU and sales data Analyze website conversion rates, average order value, and funnel performance Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns using performance metrics Identify top-selling products and scale what the data confirms is working Adjust pricing and offers based on real-time performance tracking Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and T-SQL to track revenue, units sold, and SKU-level performance Make decisions independently using data — not assumptions What We're Looking For Proven, measurable experience increasing e-commerce or DTC revenue Hands-on execution — you have personally run campaigns, not just managed people who did Strong understanding of promotions, pricing strategy, and conversion optimization Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, forecasting, SKU analysis) and T-SQL for pulling and interpreting your own data independently Comfortable working with Magento or similar e-commerce and email/SMS platforms Fast-moving and results-oriented — you measure yourself by revenue impact Important — Read Before Applying This is an execution-focused, data-driven role.
You will be expected to:
Pull your own data and build your own reports — no BI team to wait on Launch campaigns quickly and adjust weekly based on what the numbers say Be fully accountable for revenue growth If you prefer to delegate analysis or wait for data to be handed to you, this role is not the right fit.
