Shopify store-building experience is the biggest requirement for this role. We need someone who understands e-commerce, can work independently, and can help our team manage day-to-day store needs and client launches. What You'll Do Build and launch Shopify merchandise stores Create products, collections, menus, pages, and promotions Upload product information, images, pricing, and variants Customize Shopify themes and store layouts Configure apps, shipping settings, discounts, and basic integrations Test stores before launch and correct any issues Maintain and update existing client stores Troubleshoot storefront, product, and order-related problems Assist the Relentless Merch team with daily e-commerce needs Manage multiple store projects and deadlines at the same time Communicate clearly with internal teams to keep launches moving What We're Looking For Hands-on experience building and managing Shopify stores Strong overall understanding of e-commerce Comfortable navigating Shopify themes, apps, products, collections, and settings Detail-oriented and able to catch errors before stores go live Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to learn new systems and processes quickly Basic
