Amazon Business Operations Associate About Us:
We are a rapidly growing Amazon wholesale and brand management company based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Unlike traditional Amazon sellers, we partner directly with premium brands, distributors, and retailers to create new opportunities on Amazon. Our business is entrepreneurial, fast moving, and built around solving problems. Every day is different. You'll work directly with ownership and learn every aspect of building an Amazon wholesale business from the ground up. This is not a role where you'll perform the same task every day. You'll learn how brands are opened, products are sourced, purchase orders are negotiated, inventory is managed, logistics are coordinated, and Amazon accounts are scaled. What You'll Do As an Amazon Business Operations Associate, you'll be trained across every aspect of our business.
Responsibilities include:
Brand Development Research and open new brand opportunities Build relationships with manufacturers and distributors Coordinate meetings with existing and prospective vendors Manage Amazon ungating projects Expand our portfolio of premium brands Buying & Purchasing Analyze buying opportunities Prepare purchase orders Coordinate approvals with management Communicate with vendors Track open orders Assist with inventory planning Amazon Operations Manage Seller Central operations Coordinate shipments into Amazon fulfillment centers Monitor account health Troubleshoot operational issues Assist with listing improvements as responsibilities grow Order Management You'll own transactions from beginning to end.

Days Learn:
Amazon ecosystem Seller Central Purchase order workflow Vendor communication Inventory movement Order tracking Amazon ungating First Six Months Become proficient in four foundational skill sets: Transacting business from offer through delivery Buying Front building (creating new selling opportunities and adding brands) Amazon ungating Long Term Eventually you'll own your own portfolio of brands and be responsible for managing millions of dollars in annual sales. Our long-term goal is for successful team members to manage approximately $5 million annually across a portfolio of brands.
