We're a growing small business with a creative, hands-on studio in Jersey City. Our team values craftsmanship, community, and creating a welcoming environment for stitchers near and far. About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Assistant to help keep our studio running smoothly. This role is in-person and hands-on — perfect for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment and supporting a small but growing team. Responsibilities Assist customers with shopping our products in-studio Pack and ship customer orders with care and accuracy Assist with organizing, labeling, and managing inventory Help with event prep, customer interactions, and studio upkeep Support the team with day-to-day studio tasks Requirements Availability at least three weekdays per week but up to 5 (between Monday-Friday•) Ability to work 8 hours per day Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Comfortable with hands-on work like packing and organizing Positive attitude and team-player mindset An interest in crafts, design, or needlepoint is a plus (but not required!) Schedule & Compensation Part-time, in-person role based in Jersey City, NJ 2-3 shifts per week $18-20 per hour
