Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Graphics coordinator to lead and manage the graphic design team while serving as the primary liaison between Product Listing Specialists and Graphic Designers. This individual will oversee the end-to-end workflow for product images, ensuring all visual assets meet e-commerce standards, brand guidelines, and marketplace requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience in e-commerce product imagery, team leadership, workflow management, and optimizing visual content to improve product performance across online marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the graphic design team. Assign and prioritize projects based on business needs and deadlines. Establish performance standards and ensure high-quality output. Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for team members. Develop and improve graphic production processes and workflows. Serve as the central point of contact between Product Listing Specialists and the Graphic Design team. Review incoming graphic requests and ensure project requirements are clearly communicated. Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all image assets. Oversee the creation and optimization of product images for e-commerce platforms. Ensure all images meet marketplace standards and best practices. Maintain consistency across product photography, infographics, lifestyle images, and branded content. Develop image strategies that enhance product presentation and conversion rates. Stay current with e-commerce design trends and platform requirements. Review and approve graphic assets before publication. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines. Implement quality control processes to maintain high visual standards. Provide constructive feedback to designers to continuously improve output quality. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with significant focus on e-commerce product imagery. 2+ years of team leadership or management experience. Strong understanding of e-commerce image requirements and best practices. Experience managing a team of graphic designers. Proven ability to coordinate projects between multiple departments. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other major e-commerce platforms. Understanding of conversion-focused imagery and visual merchandising. Knowledge of product photography and image editing processes.
