Catalog Manager — Amazon Marketplace We are a leading Amazon third-party seller specializing in apparel for kids, women, and men. We are seeking an experienced Catalog Manager to oversee and optimize our product listings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and sustained sales growth. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings, including the creation, editing, and maintenance of ASINs. Maintain catalog accuracy by identifying and resolving listing errors, as well as troubleshooting suppressed or stranded inventory. Enhance listing quality through continuous improvements to titles, images, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and variation structures. Resolve issues related to product classification, brand approvals, and listing restrictions. Conduct market and competitor analysis to improve visibility, ranking, and conversion rates. Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory and product data. Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, bulk uploads) to manage listings efficiently. Submit and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve catalog and compliance issues. Develop and implement processes to improve catalog organization and streamline workflows. Support new product launches while ensuring full compliance with Amazon policies and standards.
