Ecom Coordinator The Bristol Group Secaucus, NJ Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $75,000 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications Merchandising E-commerce Attention to detail Content development Product information management Full Job Description Overview The eCommerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of the eCommerce business across multiple online retailers. This role manages product setup and maintenance, reporting, promotions, presentations, and order support while ensuring accuracy and timely execution across retailer platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage new item setup and product maintenance across multiple retailer websites and portals. Complete retailer setup templates and maintain accurate product content, pricing, imagery, and specifications. Troubleshoot item setup errors, rejected submissions, and listing issues. Prepare weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and performance reporting. Track sales trends, rate of sale, inventory, and reorder opportunities. Support new order recommendations and track open orders and inventory availability. Coordinate and track promotional activity and prepare post-promotion performance recaps. Create presentations for retailer meetings, business reviews, assortment planning, and sales updates. Maintain eCommerce trackers, promotional calendars, and item setup status. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and other teams to support eCommerce initiatives. Qualifications 1-3 years of eCommerce, retail, merchandising, or sales support experience preferred. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with retailer portals and product setup preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple projects, retailers, and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working with sales, inventory, and product-level data.
