About Us:

AC Breakz is a fast-growing sports trading card business with a strong presence on TikTok and Whatnot. We run daily live shows where fans and collectors can buy, interact, and participate in the excitement of card breaks. We're seeking a sharp, reliable person to support our streams. Knowledge of Sports Cards strongly preferred but not essential. Detail oriented and organization skills are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the streamers with multiple duties that include but aren't limited to: Track sales activity and customer balances across platforms Ensure all data entry and reporting is timely, complete, and consistent Coordinate and support daily live shows, including product setup, inventory accuracy, and order tracking Communicate with customers via email and messages to resolve questions or payment issues Work within TikTok or Whatnot seller Centers and/or other e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications:

Experience with TikTok Seller Center, Whatnot, eBay Live or similar e-commerce backend tools preferred Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Experience with shipping, packaging and logistics preferred, but not required Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Prior experience with e-commerce, inventory management Customer service or email support experience Must be flexible with scheduling — availability for nights and weekends is essential Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun, and growing segment of the sports collectibles world Flexible scheduling and growth potential within the company
