From handcrafted 22 karat gold Indian traditional collections and uncut diamond pieces to modern jewelry, engagement rings and wedding bands — we craft jewelry for every chapter of your story. We are growing fast and we are looking for a talented, data-driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help us take our online business to the next level. The Role We are looking for someone who is hungry, strategic and genuinely excited about driving real revenue growth for a fine jewelry brand with a passionate and loyal customer base. You will work across conversion rate optimisation, SEO, email marketing, customer segmentation, retargeting and display advertising — with one clear goal: dramatically increase online sales. Two days a week in our New Jersey office. Real ownership. Real results. What You Will Do Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyze the website to identify conversion barriers and opportunities Support A/B testing on key landing pages, product pages and checkout flow Optimize product pages, calls to action and user experience to increase purchase rates Monitor and report on conversion metrics weekly Data Analysis & Reporting Analyse e-commerce data using Google Analytics 4, Magento/Shopify dashboards Identify trends, patterns and opportunities in customer behaviour and purchase data Build clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports Track KPIs including conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend and organic search revenue Customer Segmentation Build and maintain customer segments based on purchase history, behaviour and demographics Identify high value customers, lapsed customers and new customer opportunities Develop targeted strategies for each segment to maximize lifetime value Email Marketing Manage and grow the email list — particularly on Klaviyo Build and optimize automated email flows — welcome series, abandoned cart, post purchase, win back and browse abandonment Plan and execute campaign emails for new arrivals, festive seasons, bridal campaigns and promotions Monitor open rates, click through rates and revenue per email Customer Retargeting Develop and execute retargeting strategies across website, email and social media Build custom and lookalike audiences for retargeting campaigns Reduce cart abandonment and bring back lapsed customers through smart retargeting initiatives
