Sr. Project Manager eCommerce Transformation

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to support a large-scale eCommerce transformation for a global events and experiential services company. This individual will lead delivery for the modernization of the store platform (BigCommerce), focused on improving how customers purchase and manage services.

This is a high-impact, in-flight program, and the ideal candidate will be someone who can quickly assess delivery health, reduce ambiguity, and drive alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams. This is not a traditional PM role - success in this position comes from strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to move initiatives forward in complex environments.

Key responsibilities include:

•  Leading end-to-end delivery across active eCommerce initiatives (pilot → production → scaling)
•  Driving clarity on scope, dependencies, and trade-offs
•  Stabilizing delivery and implementing corrective actions where needed
•  Facilitating executive decision-making and governance
•  Partnering cross-functionally across Product, Ops, Finance, IT, and external vendors
•  Ensuring production readiness, hypercare support, and transition to steady state This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

•  8+ years as a Project/Program Manager leading digital or eCommerce transformations
•  Experience stepping into in-flight/complex programs and driving stabilization
•  Strong experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (Business + IT + Vendors)
•  Proven ability to drive executive-level decision making
•  Hands-on with integrated project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
•  Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership + autonomy
•  Experience with BigCommerce or enterprise eCommerce platforms
•  Experience replacing legacy platforms in live environments
•  Familiarity with Jira + XRay (QA/testing cycles)
•  Experience with system integrators / vendor management
•  Exposure to analytics/reporting workstreams
