• Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on operator to take control of inventory flow, with an emphasis on items that fall outside our core Amazon business, and turn it into consistent revenue.

This includes returns, slow-moving inventory, restricted items, and products better suited for resale channels like Whatnot, eBay, and similar platforms. You will work directly with the owner and take responsibility for organizing, managing, and monetizing this side of the business. Key Responsibilities Run and grow Whatnot, eBay, and similar resale channels Process and manage returns (inspect, grade, route) Evaluate inventory that does not sell on Amazon and determine the best way to monetize it Handle Amazon-related issues when possible (cases, reimbursements, etc.) Organize and track this inventory within the warehouse Identify new opportunities outside Amazon This Role Is Hands-On You will be working directly with inventory—sorting, handling, listing, and preparing items for resale. Qualifications Experience selling on eBay, Whatnot, or similar resale platforms Familiarity with Amazon (FBA, restrictions, returns) Strong problem-solving mindset Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Ability to work independently and take initiative Requirements Must be able to work in-person in Stony Point, NY Must be comfortable with hands-on inventory work Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation over time How to Apply Please apply with: A summary of your relevant experience The platforms you have personally sold on Examples of the types of inventory you have sold
