Are you a detail-oriented operations professional with a passion for eCommerce? Imagine playing a pivotal role in shaping the online shopping experience for millions of international customers across multiple iconic brands. In this hands-on position, you'll be the linchpin ensuring product data accuracy, seamless site launches, and impeccable digital content delivery for over 40 global markets. You'll own critical workflows from end-to-end, seeing your precise execution go live and directly impacting the success of international digital operations.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Data Accuracy & Digital Content Delivery
  • : • Execute daily product data updates within digital commerce platforms, managing a vast database of product records.
  • Build, update, and deliver comprehensive product data for monthly collection launches, special campaigns, and new product introductions across various brands.
  • Maintain meticulous product and asset trackers, ensuring timely delivery for international partners.
  • Proactively identify and resolve missing data or assets by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Manage and confirm completion of data requests from international partners with clear, proactive communication.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data transformation) to efficiently manage and clean large datasets.
  • Orchestrate Digital Site Planning
  • : • Develop and maintain detailed digital site plans encompassing homepage content, product listing pages, features, and campaigns.
  • Synthesize information from diverse sources to ensure accurate product placement, creative assets, and promotional banners are aligned with brand and merchandising strategies.
  • Deliver well-organized site plans, tracking changes to guarantee all planned content is accurately launched on schedule.
  • Foster Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
  • : • Coordinate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs, resolve data discrepancies, and align on launch timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with international franchise partners, primarily via email and occasional calls, to provide updates and fulfill data requests.
  • Provide regular status updates, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions as launch plans and business needs evolve across multiple brands and numerous markets.
  • What You Bring
  • Must-Have Qualifications
  • : • 4-7 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, or a related field.
  • Exceptional data management skills and an unwavering attention to detail, capable of handling high volumes of records.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data transformation functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • Clear, structured, and proactive communication skills.
  • Experience with database systems, content management systems (CMS), or digital production tools.
  • A background in retail or eCommerce, with the ability to understand data structures and translate business context into precise execution.
  • Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • : • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/eCommerce platforms.
