We are now expanding our online presence in a major way —and we're looking for the right person to help us build it. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, grow, and lead role. The Opportunity We are looking for a Director of E-Commerce & Digital Experience to take full ownership of our online business. This person will be responsible for turning our website and digital channels into a best-in class, revenue-driving, brand-defining experience .
You will oversee everything from:
Website design & user experience Product merchandising & launches Promotions & campaigns Platform integrations Omnichannel expansion (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, LTK, etc.) In short: You are the CEO of our online business. What You'll Own Website & Digital Experience Own and manage our Shopify website end-to-end Ensure the site is visually stunning, on-brand, and easy to shop Continuously improve user experience and conversion rates Optimize site navigation, collections, and product pages Weekly emails/text campaigns Online Merchandising & Product Strategy Launch new products and collections online Create compelling product pages (imagery, copy, storytelling) Strategically merchandise collections to drive sales Align online product strategy with in-store experience Growth & Revenue Drive online sales growth across all channels Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches Monitor performance metrics and optimize accordingly Identify opportunities to increase AOV, conversion rate, and retention Platforms, Apps & Integrations Manage and optimize Shopify apps and tech stack (loyalty programs, CommentSold, LTK, email/SMS, etc.) Oversee integrations with: o Amazon o Etsy o Walmart o Social selling platforms Ensure all systems are working seamlessly together Omnichannel & Content Integration Connect website with social media, YouTube, and live selling Support influencer and affiliate strategies Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all platforms Who You Are You are both: A creative thinker with a strong eye for design A data-driven operator who understands how to grow revenue You love: Beautiful branding AND high-performing websites Figuring out what makes customers click "add to cart" Testing, optimizing, and improving What We're Looking For Proven experience in Shopify or e-commerce management Strong understanding of digital merchandising and UX Experience with e-commerce tools, apps, and integrations Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart) is a plus Experience with social commerce, influencers, or affiliate platforms is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter with an ownership mindset What Makes You a Star Candidate You've grown an e-commerce business or significantly increased online revenue You think beyond "posting products" and focus on customer journey + conversion You bring ideas to the table—not just execution You move fast, test often, and learn quickly You care deeply about brand, presentation, and experience Position Details Full-time Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma (in-person preferred) Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for performance-based incentives tied to growth Why This Role Is Different This is a rare opportunity to: Build and scale a fast-growing online business Work with a highly creative, driven team Have real ownership and impact Help shape the future of a brand with national recognition How to Apply Please submit: Your resume Examples of websites or brands you've worked on (Optional but encouraged) A short note on how you would improve our current website experience We are not looking for someone to maintain a website.
