Job Description

Analyst I MRP Latrobe Specialty Metals Company 401(k) United States, Pennsylvania, Latrobe 2626 Ligonier St (Show on map) May 11, 2026 Carpenter's Latrobe Specialty Metals operations, based in Latrobe, Pa., manufacture high-performance specialty alloys serving aerospace, energy and other demanding markets. Carpenter acquired Latrobe in 2012 to increase capacity to meet strong customer demand and to broaden the company's product mix. Latrobe continues a century-long legacy of leadership in metals technology.
ANALYST I
•MRP
PRIMARY DUTIES FOR THE ANALYST I
•MRP Utilizing current manufacturing philosophies, order fulfillment systems, and knowledge of Latrobe's products and operations, you will work to maximize customer satisfaction while balancing company goals and objectives. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ANALYST I
•MRP High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred. 1•5 years of related manufacturing experience, with experience in some aspects of supply chain preferred. Experience in an
MRP/ERP/SAP
environment preferred. The ability to successfully solve problems and work in a cross-functional role. Strong math skills and the ability to communicate. Ability to work and achieve cross-departmental goals. Strong teamwork approach. Must be able to perform quality work under time constraints, be able to handle multiple tasks, and be able to communicate with others in all operational departments. Ability to organize and prioritize. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well organized and the ability to prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions. Willing to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
